Oakwoods by Bicholi is a luxury residential plotted development positioned within one of the city’s most premium and fast-growing neighbourhoods. With plot prices ranging from ₹6–10 crore, the project caters to a niche, high-intent audience seeking exclusivity, long-term value, and lifestyle-driven investments.

Challanges

Luxury real estate requires a fundamentally different marketing approach. Traditional lead generation models fall short in high-ticket categories where decisions are driven by trust, credibility, and perceived value rather than impulse. Oakwoods needed to establish: • Strong location desirability • Trust within a high-net-worth audience • A differentiated narrative beyond typical property promotions

Approach

We shifted the focus from selling the project to selling the ecosystem around it. • Location-Led Positioning : Establishing Bicholi as a premium, future-forward neighbourhood • Storytelling-First Strategy : Building credibility through real voices instead of brand claims • Community Validation : Leveraging existing residents to create trust and aspiration • Episodic Content Format : Driving consistency and sustained audience engagement

Execution

We conceptualized and executed an episodic series titled Voices of Bicholi. The series featured conversations with influential residents of the area, capturing: • Why they chose Bicholi • What makes the neighbourhood unique • Their perspective on its future as a luxury destination The storytelling was designed to feel organic and credible — focusing on lived experiences rather than scripted promotion. By highlighting the lifestyle, community, and growth potential of the location, Oakwoods was positioned as a natural extension of an already desirable ecosystem.
