Oakwoods by Bicholi is a luxury residential plotted development positioned within one of the city’s most premium and fast-growing neighbourhoods. With plot prices ranging from ₹6–10 crore, the project caters to a niche, high-intent audience seeking exclusivity, long-term value, and lifestyle-driven investments.



Challanges
Luxury real estate requires a fundamentally different marketing approach. Traditional lead generation models fall short in high-ticket categories where decisions are driven by trust, credibility, and perceived value rather than impulse.
