Transforming a 25-Year-Old Textile Business into a High-Growth Digital Retail Brand
KC Creations is a textile business with over 25 years of legacy with 4 offline stores in Delhi & Indore and online retail, known for its extensive range of fabrics catering to bridal, occasion, and everyday retail buyers.



Challanges
A long-standing textile business with strong offline scale, but minimal consumer-facing digital presence. The brand operated primarily within B2B and wholesale networks, with no structured system to attract or engage modern retail audiences online. Additionally, the challenge was two-fold : maintaining mass retail accessibility while building an aspirational digital identity that reflected the brand’s scale and credibility.
Approach
