Introduction
Transforming a Passive Streetwear Audience into a High-Engagement Community
Main Character is a streetwear fashion label with a strong digital-first presence, built around a community of over 106K followers. The brand caters to Gen-Z audiences with bold, expressive styles rooted in youth culture and everyday fashion.



Challanges
A large and established audience base, but declining engagement and limited content performance. Despite having over 106K followers, the brand was experiencing: • Low organic reach (3–4K views per reel) • Reduced engagement levels • Limited discoverability beyond existing followers The core challenge was not audience growth, but reactivating an already built community and turning passive followers into active participants.
