Transforming Founder-Led Storytelling into an Organic Sales Engine

Celestine by Ritika is a slow fashion label rooted in custom couture, built around one of its strongest differentiators : deeply personalized, made-to-measure clothing. The brand focuses on thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and creating garments tailored to each client’s vision. The brand began its entire digital journey with Evolv, from identity creation to building its online presence from the ground up.

Challanges

A strong product offering with customization at its core, but no established digital presence and a lack of clarity in the customer journey. Most potential customers struggle to understand how the customization process worked: • What changes could be made? • How fittings were handled • Why timelines were longer than ready-to-wear Additionally, the brand needed a clear identity and positioning that reflected its premium, custom-led offering while building trust from scratch in the digital space.

We took a 360° approach — building the brand and its digital foundation simultaneously. • Brand Identity Development : Crafting the logo and visual language from scratch • Brand Positioning : Establishing Celestine as a founder-led, customization-first fashion studio • Founder-Led Content Strategy : Positioning Ritika as the face and voice of the brand • Educational Storytelling : Simplifying customization through real client scenarios • Episodic Format : Creating consistency and audience recall

Execution

We started by building the brand’s foundation — defining its identity, logo, and visual direction to reflect a refined, couture-led aesthetic. With the foundation in place, we launched a signature content series titled Custom Celestine. Each episode followed a simple, repeatable format: • Founder showcasing the original outfit • Explaining the client’s customization request • Revealing the final transformed piece The content was designed to be minimal, mirror-led, and conversational — ensuring the focus remained on the garment while allowing the founder to communicate naturally and confidently. This approach transformed the founder into a key storytelling and trust-building asset for the brand.
